JK DAG has over the years provided timely help in natural and manmade disasters by providing the necessary help to address the needs of the disaster victims. Local volunteer force supervised by a team deployed by JK DAG played an effective role in the ammunition explosion at khandura that razed several village tenements in Anatnag, the Uri Earthquake ( 2005)
