The concept of development of people’s lives in rural and urban areas is related to comprehensiveness where holistic needs of the individual and his surroundings are addressed at a community level. JK DAG seeks to work with and for the community. The former implies an involvement and support of the community and its leaders whereas the latter leads to dependency which JK DAG seeks to discourage.
